Some sellers might be tempted to walk away from an offer presented by a private buyer and that is perfectly fine for them. An offer from a private buyer may be lower than anticipated. It is important to remember that these buyers can offer a 'sell flat fast' transaction because they also quickly absorb the costs that are normally assigned to a seller, including: broker/agent fees, legal fees, surveyor fees and filing fees. If you sell your home fast you can be much more pro-active than that, too. You can even stay in your own home if you want to, which is sometimes a good option for those selling quickly.
