Once you have decided to sell your property to us, we handle all the paperwork, making the sale process as seamless as possible. In addition we contribute up to £500 towards legal expenses on completion. We can recommend a solicitor to you if necessary.
The sale can be completed in as little as 7 days, providing you with complete flexibility. We can also provide innovative solutions, for example, we can arrange for you to remain in your property for a further period of time as a tenant.
